The stay was fine, the same each day. The staff were very helpful.

The location is very good, close to the beach and only a few minutes on foot. The room had a small smart TV and the bathroom was very comfortable with a large shower. The beds were comfortable. We had a room directly behind the reception, so it was very noisy; we could hear the breakfast being prepared in the morning. The breakfast staff were not very alert, so coffee and other items at the buffet ran out quickly and were either refilled very late or not at all. The breakfast staff were also not very friendly, more annoyed when we wanted to order coffee.

The reception staff are very pleasant and available. The room is also very clean and the breakfast is very plentiful. Unfortunately, the most important thing in a room is to sleep well, and that is absolutely not the case here. Even with earplugs, it is impossible to close your eyes because the hotel is noisy. There is no soundproofing between rooms, and street noises, especially scooters that never stop, can be heard. On top of that, the room window faces an inner courtyard with all the air‑conditioner ducts.

We really appreciated the courtesy and professionalism of all the staff who also helped us organize our excursions to the beautiful Aeolian Islands and our evenings. The rooms were very clean with daily towel changes. The breakfast was abundant, even with fresh fruit. Canneto is well served and you can take very pleasant baths. Absolutely recommend it.
