I paid over 4000, have receipts, and the staff were male, polite, and ungrateful except for one girl; it wasn’t clean, and I had to wait over an hour for a service. I left without the bill, waited an hour, nearly missed my train. The carpet was a mess, service was zero, breakfast had no coffee, bread, butter, jam, cake, or juice, twice. I didn’t return and paid for six days; the team was not correct.
