The staff here were super friendly, which made up for a few minor issues. The bathroom was freezing, and the hot water supply was pretty limited, but the staff's positive attitude really made a difference. I'd stay here again, despite the chilly bathroom.

I was really impressed with the hotel's winter breakfast service and its great location, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. When I asked questions, I got automated responses that didn't seem very helpful. It was frustrating, but the hotel's other perks made up for it.
