The apartment was spacious and spotless, yet the check‑in felt chaotic and the hot tub was only lukewarm.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, checking in was a breeze and Shelby, one of the staff members, was especially helpful. However, I was disappointed to find that the pool and hot tub facilities were closed during my stay.

While I found the hotel to be clean and comfortable, I wasn't impressed with its location and design. It seemed like a decent place to stay, but it didn't exceed my expectations in terms of its overall aesthetic and location.

I was really disappointed with my stay as our room had bugs and some of the staff were quite rude. One staff member was overly pushy with sales, which was off-putting. To make matters worse, when I needed help, I didn't get any. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
