The staff were friendly and welcoming, genuinely thinking about us, and the service was excellent—especially when traveling with a baby, it made a big difference.

Free parking was a plus, yet the place was far too expensive for what it offered. Although we received an upgrade, we left very dissatisfied: the hotel showed clear signs of neglect, many power outlets didn’t work, the lounge lacked curtains so outside lights disturbed sleep, lighting was dim, the fridge only ran when someone was in the room, the air‑conditioning control was broken, and the cleaning was shoddy—there was thick dust on the wooden headboard and a large stain remained after three nights. The safe was jammed, and both the sink and bathtub were missing plugs.

We enjoyed an outstanding stay at this hotel; everything was flawlessly organized, from the warm welcome to the impeccable room cleanliness. The staff were especially attentive and always ready to help. A special shout‑out to Mr. Joussef, whose professionalism, kindness, and availability truly enhanced our experience; he met all our needs efficiently and with a smile, making our stay even more pleasant. We highly recommend this hotel and will gladly return.
