The apartment was very comfortable, spacious, and well equipped; it even had a coffee maker, coffee, and tea available. The location was great, letting us walk around Rome. We highlighted Giorgio’s friendliness; he was very attentive to all our requests, let us leave luggage after check‑out, gave us all the information we needed, and even sent a taxi for the airport transfer. I would go back without hesitation. It isn’t a major issue, but it’s in a central spot on an avenue with heavy traffic, and the noise makes it hard to keep the windows open for long.

The location is super close to the station, which will be handy on the day you head to the airport. The elevator is fairly new, and finding the building and the room was easy. If you’re particular about cleanliness, this place might not satisfy you—dishes, kettle, and the table weren’t clean, which was quite unsettling. The detergent was barely enough, so I had to hunt for another bottle underneath. The pans and pots felt like I just grabbed whatever was lying around. The owner was hard to reach; the only communication before check‑in was a message to confirm arrival, and beyond that, nothing else seemed to matter. It feels like the staff only care about the booking itself and nothing else.

The location is excellent for exploring the beautiful city of Rome, right near Termini station. Nothing was wrong, everything was perfect.
