The location is amazing with a lovely beach and super relaxing vibes; the staff on the beach, at the bar, and at the beach‑house activities are friendly and helpful. The restaurants are crowded and feel industrial; the a‑la‑carte restaurant forces half‑board guests to pay a supplement for everything; the bar and restaurants could be made cozier with a little investment and less plastic; the worst part was the check‑in, which took forever and I was pushed to accept a room with dampness and mould smell while the hotel claimed it was fully booked; the attitude was unfriendly and unprofessional.
