The living room opens straight onto the street, so if you leave the window panel open you can hear Italian chatter outside, giving a lively feel of living in the heart of Sicily. 😁

The location is very good, the street is better than other parts of Palermo. Parking is easy, just a two‑minute walk away and you can avoid the ZTL.

The place is in a great spot and the building is new, recently renovated and tidy. It has two air‑conditioners that are very comfortable in summer. The apartment has too few windows, not enough natural light. The building is on the ground floor and has no entrance, so the room with the sofa bed is just a step from the street. The kitchen had limited cookware and utensils.
