The décor and bed comfort were nice, and the receptionist’s kindness helped lift the overall experience. However, communication with the hotel was terrible: I booked a room because they offered a free baby crib, but after payment I received a terse message saying no crib would be available. My follow‑up went unanswered until I finally got a reply offering a solution. On arrival, the code provided didn’t work, we were sweltering and couldn’t enter the building. Luckily some staff let us in, but the code still failed on the floor, and no contact number was visible in the email. I had to Google a “central” and wasn’t sure I was in the right place. The operator on the phone was extremely unpleasant, didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, spoke condescendingly, and left me on hold while my battery was at 8 %. When I explained I needed to hurry, he wasted more time with a dismissive attitude. No apologies were offered at any point, and no one tried to understand my predicament, which only added to my frustration. The hotel seems to be just one floor of a building with no real customer service.
