The location is convenient, but the parking is terrible—tiny and difficult to maneuver, located on a different street with no signage. Checking in online was slow, and the staff were generally grumpy, except for one person who handled our checkout. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, breakfast was weak, and overall it needs a lot of improvement.

The breakfast spread had a good variety of pastries, breads, juices, and more, but the meat was overly salty; the location is spot‑on.

Everything hit the mark—great spot, helpful staff, tasty and varied coffee. I didn’t find anything I disliked, just one note: the room I stayed in was a capsule, described as small, but it should have been labeled micro.
