“Decent location and accommodation, but a very disappointing check-in experience”

The location was good, and the room itself was comfortable once we finally got the room we had originally booked. Overall, the accommodation was okay apart from the issues we experienced on arrival. The biggest issue was the room mix-up on arrival. Someone had taken our key, and we were left waiting 20–30 minutes before being offered a room for only two people, despite having booked for three. One of our guests had to sleep separately for the first night, and we only got our actual room the following day. The Wi-Fi was also quite poor

The location was ideal. The room was slightly small, but it would be perfectly fine for one person. I was traveling for work, so I didn’t spend much time in the room. I also wasn’t there over the weekend, so I can’t comment on how busy the surrounding streets might get. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and were always happy to answer our questions and accommodate our requests. Nothing negative.

“Fantastic location. Right outside the train station.”

Great location. The bathroom was a little small but great for the price and location.

“Comodidad y localización”

The location near the Termini station is a big plus, it lets you move around easily. The only downside was not being able to open the windows because of the noise from construction, but when the windows were closed it was very good.
