The location, bed size, breakfast, flexible reception desk and helpful staff were great, but sometimes the day shift failed to hand over messages to the night shift, causing a bit of confusion – a minor inconvenience. The room itself was rather small.

The location and facilities are excellent, the pools are very good, they provide lunch boxes on days you leave early and miss breakfast, and they transport you to the airport free of charge; everything is very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed staying there during my trip to Flores. The pool bar staff were not very attentive, and they were busy elsewhere.
