The small, atmospheric cabin was perfect for an overnight stay; it was clean and cozy, and I especially enjoyed sitting on the veranda in the evening.

The cabin was very clean, newly maintained, and still smelled of pine, which was nice; the bathroom was spotless and fully equipped, the TV offered Netflix, and outside there were two hammocks and two friendly cats. The owner was very kind and helped set up the grill. It’s a great spot for a relaxed weekend. I’m definitely going back. The downside is that during summer, the busy road to Transalpina brings a lot of cars during the day if you’re outside the property, but inside the cabin you can’t hear it and evenings are quiet.
