Close to Balnea Spa, the breakfast that comes with the stay is excellent, and both indoor and outdoor seating areas are comfortable and accessible.

We were initially welcomed nicely by a courteous, professional receptionist, but the rest of our stay at Balnea‑Bromont on the night of 26‑27 August 2026 was far from satisfactory, and we are now asking for a full refund. Throughout the night a floor‑standing air‑conditioner in our room was unbearably loud; even with earplugs I could hear it constantly, and my partner, who didn’t use plugs, was even more disturbed. Turning it off made the room quickly become humid and uncomfortably hot, forcing us to turn it back on. The noise caused many awakenings and terrible sleep, so we missed an early morning race in Granby. Normally we rely on our watch’s vibration on the bedside table, but the clamor drowned it out. Exhausted and disappointed, we left before breakfast started and before the spa opened, leaving a message for a callback that never came. We finally reached the front desk around 9 am and spoke with Billy, who asked us to send our request by email.

All the amenities allow for a quality stay with pool, ping‑pong, and piano. We expected a more continental lunch than just bagels.
