I appreciated that the floor didn’t have that awful carpet and that the couch was covered with wipe‑down material for guests. The bed was comfortable, the staff were nice, respectful, and professional, and the location gave me easy access to the tollway. The price was reasonable. However, the bathroom outlet didn’t work, the TV remote was dead, and the wall outlet outside the bathroom only worked when the light was on, with no warning. Reaching the front desk required dialing 300 or 350 instead of 0, and I wasn’t told that unless I asked. Rooms weren’t cleaned daily unless I requested it, which wasn’t a problem for me, but it would have been helpful to know that beforehand.

The cleaning ladies were very nice, friendly, and actually understood our situation. The front desk staff got upset when a wheelchair user was sent to a room that was already occupied, and she didn’t check the system or acknowledge the trouble she caused. She was unaware that I had specifically booked an ADA room and we had to correct her multiple times. She didn’t recognize the hardships we endured by not doing her job properly, nor the lack of an ADA bed. She isn’t suited for front desk. The beds aren’t ADA compliant; there’s no way a person in a wheelchair can get up on the high bed, and the bases are hollow steel that are unsecured. An ADA room can’t have no ADA bed.

The price was good, but the bed had a gap under the door, the TV was slippery, and the tub was slick.
