We did not stay at this property because they took an advance from us, and when we arrived in Mathura and called them at 2 AM they said no rooms were available, even though we had already informed them on the call about our early arrival.

We stayed at Radha Krishna Dham in Vrindavan about a month back. The location is at the edge of Parikarma Marg; Sree Hit Radha Keli Kunj (Premanand Ji Maharaj Ashram) is a 7–8 minute walk, and Prem Mandir, Banke Bihari, etc. are within 20–30 minutes (2–4 km). Battery autos are convenient, 5–10 minutes anywhere, ~₹20 per adult. The property feels like a resort with lots of open space. Food is unlimited veg thali at ₹150. Rooms and staff are good, with plenty of space for drying clothes, and the staff are very helpful. The owners are ex‑Indian Army and very reliable. One important thing (general Vrindavan): be careful of monkeys, especially around the Banke Bihari side of Parikarma Marg; keep phones, specs, and valuables inside a bag, not in pockets, because if a monkey takes them the chances of getting them back are very low—many cases happened in a single day. End note: all’s well that ends well. We got three short darshans (5–10 sec) of Premanand Ji Maharaj near Saubhari Kund, and also completed the 14 km parikarma on Parikarma Marg, which took about 3–4 hours. The only downside is that there’s no clear landmark for the property, even though it’s in a prime spot near Parikarma Marg; I used to tell auto drivers “Radha Krishna Dham, near Parikarma Marg, near Barf Factory,” but that often confused them. What worked better was getting down at Sree Hit Keli Kunj and walking back (about 7–8 minutes). It’s best to confirm a landmark that locals clearly recognize.

I've stayed here before, years ago, and was pretty disappointed to see the rooms haven't held up well. The location is really convenient, but that's about where the positives end. The bathroom was especially a letdown - it's clear they haven't kept up with maintenance. Overall, it's a shame because I had fond memories of this place.
