The reception was welcoming and the place was clean. The pool was great but a bit small, and there weren't enough sun loungers. Parking was free, covered, and plenty. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast, however, was a disaster: there weren't enough seats, glasses, or plates, so I had to wait at least 10 minutes for a plate. The dishes were clustered around a few tables, making access difficult, and it felt like a chaotic, stressful event instead of a friendly gathering. Only one crepe station existed, and the line was endless just to get hot pancakes. For the price paid, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. The housekeeping staff wore jogging suits, which felt unprofessional for a four‑star property.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast buffet was high quality. The front‑desk staff were unhelpful, ignoring greetings and making me wait a long time for cotton swabs or disposable slippers, then blaming the room category. The shower was inaccessible and leaking, and for 334 € over two days I got a view of the parking lot and an unmaintained pool—could be better.
