The location and value were good, but the information about half‑day stays was unclear. The front desk said they could only confirm availability at noon, which is when you check out, making it impossible to plan a morning schedule to decide whether to extend with a half‑day stay. If this is a system‑wide issue, why not have it available in the morning? I didn’t understand the logic.

The location was excellent, the team was a perfect 10 – special shoutout to Luciano at reception who was a real delight. We loved everything about the stay.

I really enjoyed the experience! The accommodation was comfortable, the cleaning impeccable, and all service was quick and efficient. Everything worked smoothly, giving a calm and pleasant stay. I definitely recommend it! The only downside was the noise in rooms near the kitchen, which can really disturb sleep. It would be good to improve sound insulation in those rooms.
