The staff were helpful, especially Mr. Joby, and the room was spacious. However, there was no tissue roll in the bathroom, the room initially smelled of smoke, the wall near the AC was dirty, the shower curtain was dirty, the towel was too large and heavy to cover my head after showering, the toilet kept draining water continuously wasting a lot of water, the kettle was dirty and unusable, and the TV was broken—these are things you don’t expect in a 4‑star hotel when you book.

"I had a very pleasant stay at GD International Redfort. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The service was excellent, and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would be happy to stay here again.". Nothing significant to mention. My overall experience was very good."
