This hotel is no longer operating. I have contacted both the hotel and regarding a refund for my payment, but I have not received my refund yet. I also do not understand why still allows this hotel to remain listed on their platform. This hotel is no longer operating. The hotel isn’t operating yet it still shows up on the booking site. I was double‑charged and can’t get a refund.

The hotel is closed and hasn’t been removed from the booking apps. When I arrived, the building was empty.
