The room was spotlessly clean and well kept, and the breakfast was a real highlight – a wide selection, fresh pastries, and even a new yogurt option added after we asked. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The only downside was the narrow entrance to the hotel parking lot, which made getting in a bit of a hassle. Overall, a great stay that I'd recommend to others.
Checking in was a nightmare: the front desk was empty and our registration forms were left open on the desk for anyone to see, along with three others. Privacy was clearly not a priority. The room was small but clean, yet the fridge had a useless tray of glasses and a water surface shoved into the corner. The TV was on a wall with old holes, and the breakfast area was right next to an open kitchen, so we could see all the equipment and exposed wires.
“Amazing location and fantastic staff!”
We had a fantastic stay in Klosterneuburg, especially on what felt like the hottest weekend in Vienna. The garden was lovely, with a huge magnolia tree that made for a great spot to relax, and we even got to swim at the Danube beach. Definitely planning to come back next time we’re in Vienna.
I didn't find anything to praise here. The rooms were tiny, the hallway smelled awful, and the shower towel had two big holes. The shower rod was ripped out, and on Saturday morning the breakfast line was empty with no staff in sight. The 3‑star rating feels like it's stuck in the 1970s – just not up to par.
“Wir hatten es uns deutlich schöner vorgestellt und können das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen”
The staff were friendly and helpful, but the outdoor areas were in rough shape and gave off a bad vibe. Breakfast was very basic, and even though the room was supposed to have air conditioning, we didn't notice any cooling at all.
