The staff were very friendly, the location was excellent, the room had a stunning view, lunch was tasty, the breakfast buffet was outstanding. However, it was unacceptable that the area around our table was cleaned while we were eating. In the room I would also have liked a body lotion in addition to the usual hotel amenities for a place of this class.

The sauna area is great, but the hotel is on the sea and you don't get any beach towels.

The proximity to the Baltic Sea, the friendly breakfast staff, the perfect breakfast, the very good kitchen, and praise for the cooking staff were all highlights, and dogs are welcome. However, the spider webs hung like on the first day, the balcony was not cleaned at all, and the curtain rod always fell down when opening the window. I tried to book room 40 for next year to take advantage of a 10 % discount the hotel offers, but the staff replied that it was impossible because other bookings from Booking shift the rooms. I find this customer handling unacceptable; it’s a shame because the charm of a smaller hotel is pleasant.
