Free parking at a very low rate, clean sheets and decent bedding; the strong cigarette smell, cold air, and many people smoking outside the rooms let smoke seep in, the rooms weren’t insulated so you hear everything—including loud chatter at 4 am—and the hot water was barely warm, which was a wake‑up call.

Clean, good bedding, and the neighborhood is pleasantly quiet. The breakfast was a bit thin, with dry bread and no cheese or fruit. The bathroom is really tiny, but that’s expected in first‑class. I was looking for unbeatable value and this place delivered.
