“Bad Outweighs the good please read before you book this UNSAFE hotel!”
Breakfast was served from 07.30HRS AM until 10.30HRS AM for 250bht. The only bright spot was that each room had a SAFE for passports. We could leave our phones 📱 and cash in the safe three floors up, but that was not even considered. There was no GATE between the POOL area and the very busy Intrawarot RD. The staff seemed pleasant, but the passing population were just poor people. If a phone 📱 or BAG was sitting out within view exposed 🤔, they would just TAKE it 🙄😐. The poolside was not separated from the road; our 2‑year‑old constantly tried to run onto the busy Intrawarot RD, and there was not even a 2‑foot fence to keep our kid away from the traffic 🙄 😒. We couldn’t relax by the pool in the water because someone had to guard our belongings 24/7 – phones, wallets with cash, bags – while we were relaxing; anyone could have just wandered past the busy road, taken the stuff, and walked off casually 💗😠😡. The air conditioning kept breaking down; the guy only ever changed one of the three batteries. I was chased out of my room at 11 AM after staying from 14.09.26 to 07.10.26, even though check‑out was at 12.00 hrs 😐. Luggage was loaded onto a trolley without my permission from the front door and taken down to the exposed, unsafe luggage hold (pictured). I spoke to a lovely German couple who had left 3000THBT on their bedside table thinking it was safe in a 4‑star hotel, but 1000BHT was taken 😐😭. Cleaners were clearly seen outside room 312 on 07.10.26 at 11.00 hrs AM, making it obvious they were making me feel pushed out. Would I pay £800 odds for a SUPERIOR Deluxe room again at this hotel? Absolutely NOT! There are millions of places on the same street that offer a much safer, kinder, and better service for a lot cheaper. Imagine how bad my anxieties were on the last day, when the Wat Phra Singh Temple across the road had a big massive sign 😳 as soon as you walked in saying: BE AWARE (THIEVES & PICKPOCKETS). The hotel wanted to leave my belongings exposed and vulnerable next to the main road (pictured). What the absolute heck? Cleaners left my room door open after cleaning, meaning anyone could walk off the main road and lift money 💰 from my room. No wonder people’s money went missing 🤔 😳 😕 🙄! Will I come back here again after this non‑relaxing holiday experience?
