The rooms were large and clean, staff very courteous, and the parking lot in front of the hotel was very convenient. The location was anonymous amid a busy street. The price was far too high for what the hotel offered; dinner, eaten separately, was also expensive, pretentious but not worth it. The pool seemed a bit too green and we never saw anyone swim in it.

“European-feel hotel, very clean, nice free private outside parking, staff was kind and the vive was generally very good.”

The room and hotel services met European standards. We left a t‑shirt and phone charger behind and were promptly texted about it. The restaurant wasn’t included with dinner, so we chose to dine there; they only offered a third of the menu, mostly the pricey items—around 50 dnt for a first course. Portions were generous but didn’t justify the cost. Breakfast was included: the “buffet” consisted of a coffee machine, water bottles, three brioche/pain au chocolat, half a ham omelette, and some vegetables. This is fine in El Jem/Tunisia, but given the price and location, something better could have been arranged. I’d suggest dining elsewhere within 10 minutes by car.

The room was spacious with comfortable bedding; the toilet was separate from the shower, which was very roomy. The staff were welcoming and offered a classic glass of lemon juice at check‑in. Breakfast was served on a tray and could also be taken on the terrace, just like dinner. The TV didn’t work at all, Wi‑Fi was inconsistent, and the pool closed at 17:30.
