The place was very clean, and Debbie and Denise were lovely hosts who ran everything smoothly. The breakfast was the best I’ve had at any B&B, with plenty of options. It’s near the harbour front with all the restaurants and bars, about a 10‑minute walk, and literally a 5‑minute walk to the train station. Nothing to dislike.

We really enjoyed our time at Sandpiper Guest House. The facilities were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and our room looked freshly decorated and stayed comfortable throughout. Debbie and Denise were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making us feel right at home. Breakfast offered plenty of choices and even catered well to vegan needs. The guest house sits in a lovely, quiet spot, providing a peaceful stay. It’s a short walk into the centre of Torquay and conveniently close to the train station, which was a real bonus. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend Sandpiper Guest House—a lovely place with fantastic hosts, comfortable rooms, and a great location. The only minor downside was that the internet connection in our room wasn’t always stable, though this wasn’t a major issue for us, and we had no problems using the Wi‑Fi in the communal lounge.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel with our family. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. It was a fantastic choice for a family stay, and we felt very relaxed and welcomed throughout our visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm atmosphere. Our whole family had a great experience, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. A truly excellent experience from start to finish! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
