The staff were a delight, always making sure our stay was comfortable. The apartment was very cozy for a two or three‑day stay in Rome, and walking to the Colosseum took about 20 minutes. The location isn’t in the city centre, but public transport is convenient.

The place was very nicely decorated, comfortable and peaceful. The location was good, just a short bus ride or a steady, easy walk to the main attractions.
The location and value for money were very good. We didn’t talk to the owner, but he responded almost immediately to the message and was helpful. The kitchen was under‑equipped: there were few utensils, for example a small spoon, no dish soap or paper towels. In the bathroom there was no sink and no washing facilities. The rooms had few power outlets and we couldn’t watch TV because the remote didn’t work.
The accommodation had a great location, with most places within walking distance. It was clean and the terrace was excellent; a iron, a hair dryer, a coffee machine and a kettle were all available, which I really appreciated. The bathroom could use some updating—a small touch‑up or a gentle facelift. I only missed hand soap, the shower tray was cracked, and water dripped from the pipe and ran along a tile seam to the floor. This didn’t ruin my stay in Rome, it’s just a landlord issue.
