“Ok para estadía corta”

The location is pretty, but the room smelled like dampness; we only stayed one of the two days.

“Hotel bonito, pero la experiencia depende demasiado de la habitación que te asignen”

The hotel looked nice and had a lot of potential. We stayed three nights over a weekend for a wedding, renting two rooms: one on the ground floor for my parents, both over 65, and another on the upper floor. The upper room had no dampness issues and was generally better. The hotel’s common areas were pleasant and matched the photos. Our main concern was the ground‑floor room assigned to my parents, which had an extremely strong damp smell throughout the stay. We mentioned it daily at reception and even asked for Lysol. We kept the windows open and the AC on, yet the odor never went away. That room should not be assigned until the source of the dampness is identified and fixed, because sleeping three nights with that smell was very unpleasant, especially for elderly guests. The room was also too dark even with all lights on. It had several glass surfaces and windows without proper blackout curtains, so at night the privacy was limited when the interior lights were on. The TV didn’t work properly; the volume didn’t respond and, according to staff, there was no remote. We asked for help but it wasn’t resolved. These issues should be checked before handing the room over to the next guest. Some towels given to my parents were torn. The upper room was better but had its own problems: the blinds let in almost all light, so from about 6:00 a.m. the room was fully lit. My room was right above the restaurant, and every morning around 7:00 a.m. we heard staff moving and dragging tables to prepare service. The noise and light woke me early each day. The TV in that room also didn’t work. Additionally, the rooms don’t have irons or hair dryers; you have to request them at reception.

“Un excelente alojamiento”

En general muy bien, el personal muy amable y servicial, la comida en el restaurante muy buena, las instalaciones en general muy bien aun cuando son edificios rústicos son cómodos y están limpios, La tranquilidad aun cuando esta a pie de calle es poco el ruido que se llega a oír, la cama y almohada muy cómodos -. La regadera tiene orificios tapados lo que ocasiona que el agua salga hacia todos lados. (Villa Ibiza) - Sustituir el jabón liquido en el baño por jabón solido o proveer esponja. - Hacen falta repisas en el baño y una mesa para poder trabajar en la habitación. - Una cafetera en la habitación se agradecería sobre todo que no hay servicios de alimentos y bebidas después de las 17:00 - Al no haber servicio de restaurante después de las 17:00 seria bueno una maquina expendedora de bebidas y snacks. - La señal de WI-FI es irregular e intermitente. - En las afueras de la habitación hay mucha vegetación y por ende insectos varios, sobre todo pequeñas arañas que hacen telarañas las cuales al pasar cerca de ellas se adhieren en la cara, es algo incomodo
