Parking inside a private park with 24‑hour guard duty is a plus, but at the listed price a breakfast should have been included; also, because the room is on the owner’s upper floor, keys aren’t provided—you must always knock and wait for someone to open.

Dear Francesco, thank you for your hospitality. I used the room for one night after missing my ferry to Greece; it was my last resort until I found another place the next day, but I met a wonderful host. Cleanliness, quiet, and security are the strengths of the property, which sits in a gated, guarded complex—ideal for one or two people and a car. The bathroom is adjacent and used only by the tenant, and Wi‑Fi is available. Francesco doesn’t speak English, German, or Greek, but with patience you can get by with his few Italian words. You can enter and leave the room in the evening; he will unlock the door for you. The building is a bit outside the center, but several grocery stores are nearby. I hope to visit again. Thanks for everything—Ευχαριστώ, Danke sehr, thank you, Grazie! The access is a bit tricky for first‑time visitors, and the security at the entrance spoke little English. They helped me call the main Iannnone in Italian so he could pick me up at the entrance.

We appreciated receiving a fresh bottle of water upon arrival, a perfect room, and impeccable cleanliness in a very secure residence.
