The location is very close to the city center, parking is available both covered and uncovered, the room is lockable for bicycles, breakfast offers a wide variety, and the staff are very helpful. Unfortunately, the pool was not operational.

The location is excellent (150 m to the lake and to the promenade). The balcony is nice with a lounge chair. Free parking is available. The staff are friendly. Breakfast is rather sparse: only dry white rolls and sweet pastries, canned fruit, no muesli or oatmeal.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were spotless and tidy. There is on‑site parking and the property is close to the lake.

The cleanliness and the courtesy of the staff were good, but the property needs some maintenance to regain its shine, which is beginning to fade over time. For example, the shower in my room needs a complete overhaul—from the faucets to the mold that appears between the tiles to the door that sticks out of the worn guides. There is no coat rack in the bathroom and no small cupboard for beauty cases or other items. The breakfast, in a low‑budget inn, was exactly what I expected: low‑quality brioche, fresh fruit only in a pseudo fruit salad, drinks (juices & co) served by a single dispenser whose brand was unclear—no label explained what, how, or why it was there; this was unacceptable. The room air‑conditioner could not be set to a specific temperature and was quite noisy even when the fan was set to the lowest setting.

This family‑run hotel wins immediately with the staff’s kindness and extreme availability. The room was very spacious, finished with a delightful balcony offering a stunning view of the lake and Monte Isola. Cleaning was simply excellent: the bathroom tiles (large and functional) and the room parquet were so shiny they reflected! Daily towel changes were also highly appreciated. International breakfast, with both sweet and savory buffet. The location is very convenient, just 100 m from the lake. Highly recommended!
