The spot is right in the middle of everything, which made getting around a breeze. The only real hassle was the parking – they have just one employee trying to move all the guests’ cars and it just didn’t work. I left wishing the car‑service was better.

I was impressed by how spotless and orderly the hotel was, especially for a quick business trip. The room was fine overall, but the air‑conditioner looked ancient – it cooled, just not stylish. Still, I’d book again.

The valet crew were friendly and helpful, which was the only bright spot. The rest of the hotel fell short: the garden isn’t even close to a four‑star look, the door card kept failing, the blankets were full of holes, the AC was ancient, and the pools were downright filthy. After a rough birthday celebration for my son, I left feeling completely let down and I won’t be coming back.
