Nara’s kindness and hospitality felt like home, and when an unexpected event forced me to shorten my stay, she kindly refunded the night I couldn’t use. This place is 100 % recommended in Chiang Mai.

The owner is very sweet and helpful, always cleaning the space. Coffee and snacks are available at the reception, and the rooms are large and well-equipped with a desk, fridges, private toilet, towels, bedsheets, shampoo, and shower gel. Two bottles of water are left at your door each day. It offers the best value for the money and I would recommend it to a friend—100 %.

“Buena ubicación, todo limpio y excelente atención”

Good value for money. The room was clean and had two functioning fans. It’s about a 15‑minute walk to the old city, which makes the location convenient. Nearby you’ll find a Seven‑Eleven and other shops and eateries. The owner was very friendly and gave us two bottles of water daily, plus a table for coffee and snacks. I recommend it. The only drawback is that the room is on the fourth floor with no elevator, which we were aware of beforehand; just be sure to check when booking if you have mobility issues.
