The apartment was very beautiful, brand‑new, and the living room could accommodate three rooms; we were alone during our stay, so the apartment was entirely ours. The owner was very friendly, even offering us fruit from his orchard and lending us a parasol. The place was quite quiet.

The rooms and common areas are very clean and equipped with air conditioning, essential in summer. The hosts are very attentive, providing everything needed and even supplying extra water between nights, which was greatly appreciated. Parking and the newly renovated structure are also positives. I would suggest improving the breakfast by offering more drink and food options and allowing guests to serve themselves. The location is inconvenient without a car; we moved easily between Gioiosa and Roccella because we had a car.
