The staff are very friendly and attentive, breakfast tastes great, and the value for money is good; however, the area is under construction and access is not very easy, though signs with the Dar address on several Medina walls help.

The location is great and the staff are very helpful, but the rooms are small and lack privacy.

The owner is kind, but the room differed from the photo, was unclean and the sheets were dirty; after we requested a change the issue was fixed.
