I found nothing positive. Two cockroaches in the bathroom were unacceptable, and the rate on Booking was expensive. When I filed a complaint, the staff only said sorry and that was it. Cockroaches in the bathroom of an ibis hotel? This is the worst hotel experience I've had in a long time. They didn't offer any compensation; the receptionist suggested a room change, but I only stayed one night and the issue happened in the morning when I was about to shower to leave, so the change didn't fix anything.
