I had a truly wonderful stay with very friendly hosts. The whole building, its courtyard and the surrounding area felt like a medieval fairytale, especially when the lamps lit it up at night. The tower room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend the optional breakfast the hosts offer—it’s delicious and made from on‑site ingredients. In the evenings you can order drinks and cocktails at reasonable prices, and when the host heard we wanted local wine, he had it ready for the next night. The only downside was the drive to the hotel, which can be tough because of steep climbs and narrow streets, particularly at night.

The location was gorgeous and the plunge pool was delightful. They were very accommodating with gluten‑free and lactose‑free meals.
