It was clean and the staff were very nice, but they ran out of breakfast food.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room itself was spotless with a very nice layout; the beds were excellent, giving me a fantastic night's sleep. I have nothing to complain about.

The room and its in‑room amenities were fine. However, when we arrived in cold, windy weather, we wrapped our infant in a blanket to get inside the hotel. The next morning I found a pet fee on my bill with no prior notice or paperwork. When I asked about it, the front desk claimed they had “confirmed” a pet was in a blanket. Even after I explained repeatedly that it was my infant daughter, they persisted and only removed the fee as a “courtesy,” which felt unprofessional and accusatory.

The staff were friendly and the accommodations were clean and cozy. The only downside was that the pillows were very uncomfortable.
