The breakfast was great

The hotel is close to Seogwipo World Cup Stadium, and there are plenty of food and convenience options around. It seems like the cleaning schedule is missing a few times.

The hotel’s location was good. It’s also convenient for travelers without a rental car – the bus terminal is nearby. Several restaurants and shopping options are close by, and the Jeju football stadium is within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily. The fitness room has the basics needed for a workout (mat, dumbbells up to 15 kg, a Smith machine with two plates each of 2.5 kg / 5 kg / 10 kg / 15 kg / 20 kg, a treadmill, and other cardio equipment). There was an unpleasant odor in the lobby area. On the top floor, where the fitness and spa are, the air was very stuffy. The walls in the room show signs of wear (though not catastrophic). The gym could use more frequent cleaning (disinfectant spray or wipes after using the equipment would be very useful). Additionally, the gym should be ventilated more often.

The location was decent with some eateries nearby and a free open‑space car park opposite the hotel. The beds were fairly comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Our stay overlapped with a local school trip, so the hotel was full of noisy high school students. The lounge area where you could buy hot meals or cup noodles was dirty and chaotic. During my stay, the hotel felt more like a hostel. The walls in the room definitely need repainting. The stay was unpleasant and we were looking forward to checking out.

The staff were very friendly from the moment we arrived and the rooms were comfortable. They do not offer breakfast.
