The bed was comfy, but the bathroom had no window, the breakfast lacked cutlery, and the parking had cars parked one behind the other.

I arrived after paying 50% to secure the stay, was given room 10, but it wasn't cleaned and had no light. They later said no rooms were left and directed us to a front location that turned out to be a construction site with debris, mosquitoes, and cockroaches. We refused to stay there. A man claiming to be the owner, Sr. Andrade, said he'd meet with the staff who failed to clean, refund our money, and didn't offer another room. It was past 10 pm after a 14‑hour trip. We had to find a new place on a Friday with no vacancies online, a frustrating lack of preparation and disrespect. I don't recommend this place; it cost me triple what I planned, and the staff were unprepared and utterly disrespectful.
