The view of the mountains was incredible, the rooms were modern and minimalist with ultra‑comfortable beds, and the food was delicious—definitely choose half‑board! The Saltus team was courteous, friendly, and fulfilled every request. The sauna area, built among trees, was beautiful, and the outdoor pool offered the same stunning view. Daily morning yoga and Pilates sessions were available. The location was perfect for a variety of hikes. The bus left right outside the door, even to Bolzano, if you plan a valley trip. The management team was on site, approachable, and joined in. A heartfelt operation. We felt so comfortable and will definitely return.

The culinary experience was absolutely perfect, the hotel’s location and forest view are unique. The rooftop pool is stunning. I also love the gym. I really enjoyed the artworks from the first artist residency organized by the hotel. I felt the management handled things with love and professionalism; a lovely encounter with Claudia who explained the hotel’s operations. I arrived at the wrong time with low expectations, traveling with my father, and wanted a certain classic comfort that the rooms lacked: no air conditioning, no coffee machine, firm pillows, and there were also shower issues and misunderstandings or incorrect information about nearby excursions. I strongly recommend arriving with a calm, nature‑focused mindset to enjoy hiking and the hotel’s activities (yoga, meditation, etc.). Overall, I found the prices a bit too high compared to my knowledge of the hotel industry, and the hotel is still out of the way if you don’t have a car.

The location was fabulous, the pool was amazing, and the food was great. Every night, swarms of mosquitoes bit us; there was no spray or warning. Many bites occurred at night. No fans or air conditioning, so closing all windows to keep mosquitoes out made the room uncomfortable with no airflow. Also, the website said a Bozon pass was available, yet it wasn’t.

The rooms are very beautiful, cozy, and clean. The forest view is truly relaxing. Breakfast is excellent, elegant, and refined, with buffet and à la carte options. The spa is well‑maintained, featuring saunas and a Turkish bath, plus a spacious relaxation room and snack area for quick breaks with nuts, apples, and herbal teas. The view from the sky pool is lovely.
