Everything was great. The location is convenient, about 1 km to the city centre. We also visited a waterfall right outside the house and climbed a hill that offers a view of Rakhiv. The grounds are well maintained, with a relaxation area, a swing, table tennis, and a barbecue zone. I had originally wanted to rent accommodation in the city centre, but I was very satisfied with choosing Shovkova Kosytsia. The view from the window and the courtyard is incredible. The bedding is new and the beds are very comfortable. There is a small kitchen area, which is very handy. You can even heat a sauna yourself. One thing I’d like to say is that I really didn’t want to leave.

A very elegant and tidy cottage with all essentials for staying. It’s clear that the houses and grounds are well maintained. Inside, there’s a snug garden, a swing, a table tennis table, a trampoline, badminton, and a bunch of cats 😊❤️. The river’s murmur is audible in the evenings. The hot tub was particularly relaxing. Owner Ivan is very friendly and answers any question, offers help, and points out everything needed. Shops are close, the center is also nearby, and walkers will enjoy the scenery. The house sits on a closed property with parking available. The access road isn’t the best, but that’s a local government issue, not the owner’s. The stay was very enjoyable; the photos match reality 1000%. Thank you so much for the hospitality ❤️

A cozy house with a host named Ivan who takes care of guests’ comfort; everything needed is provided. The house stays warm during autumn, and the bed is comfortable. The place is spacious and offers an incredible view of the mountains. An ATB is nearby. I’m especially grateful for the breathtaking sunrise in the mountains and the overall mountain experience.

Owner Ivan and Mrs. Orysia were pleasant, tidy, and attentive, always ready to suggest interesting sights and help with any questions; the location is superb, only a 5‑minute drive from the station and close to a large ATB store, making shopping very convenient. In short, a stay at Shovkivka is pure bliss.

Everything was great—conditions, location, service all top‑level. Ivan, the host, was always reachable and recommended cool spots. The quiet, mountains, fresh air, and cozy, convenient cottage made for perfect relaxation. Highly recommended!
