The hotel sits well near Funchal’s center and main sights. The room was very clean, the bed and mattress truly comfortable. The kitchenette had everything needed, from dishes to pots, all neatly arranged. The staff, especially Ricardo at reception, were incredibly polite and professional. The room’s sound insulation was poor, letting in noise from both the street and neighboring rooms. Breakfast offered a limited, repetitive selection, though the products were fresh and good quality. Unfortunately, the restaurant only serves instant coffee. In the apartment, air conditioning is only in the bedroom, so the rest of the space can get hot.

“Decent for a short stay”

The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed very comfy. The location was also very convenient. Breakfast was satisfactory and the employees were welcoming and helpful. The room was too small, making movement for two people uncomfortable. The power outlets were awkwardly placed. The bathroom was not well insulated from the rest of the room and lacked a window or active ventilation, even though humidity seemed to be removed somehow.

“Przyjemny hotel w centrum Madeira”

The hotel was interesting, with good breakfast and very central. Luggage could be left after check‑out. Everything was fine; only the windows might need cleaning, which is a common issue in most hotels.
