The rooms were lovely and spacious, and every staff member was friendly and helpful. Odette Pan, in particular, assisted us in the executive lounge with a large issue of our own making that required many phone calls and a lot of time; she showed a lot of patience and resolved it. We booked two rooms for two people each and one said it included breakfast. However, when both occupants tried to attend breakfast we were told it included one person, not two. When asked about this it became a big problem, which was frustrating.

The hotel is excellently located, making travel very convenient. The HT from the Rooms Department was conscientious and proactive; they reached out regarding lost items and helped handle the situation properly. I deeply appreciate their services! No complaints.

“Good location and great hotel”

The location is very good, easy to access the metro station, and there are lots of shops and restaurants around that can meet all kinds of needs. The bed is very comfortable; the service is excellent; you can ask for different kinds of pillows. The breakfast was okay, reasonable price. The shower is very powerful; it was the most comfortable shower I have ever used before, really liked. The body wash is very good, smells nice. The room's decoration is really terrible, like it was done by an apprentice. The power board is crooked, the baseboards are uneven, and the sliding door is really tight; if you're a bit weak, it's hard to pull.

“First option on my next visit”

Everything was fine. The breakfast was superb, respecting the local culture and religions. The only problem was the communication and language barrier.
