The location and airport drop‑off were both excellent. The bathroom was very small; for double occupancy towels were kept for one person, and all complements were for one person. Water leaked out due to a gap in the door in the bath area. When I tried to complain, the receptionist became defensive and rude instead of apologetic.

After an 18‑hour flight we reached the hotel early, and the reception staff promptly assigned us a room; the staff were very helpful, the shuttle bus reliable and easy to use, the room comfortable, and the bathroom nice, but there was only one restaurant, so dining options were limited.
