The accommodation was very good; despite many saying the bathroom had a strange smell, we found it clean and never smelled anything, and the tub with shower was a delight for us to relax together at the end of the day, so we give it a 10/10 for price, room quality, and location. The only downside was that we didn’t like having a return time to the hotel before they closed the door.

The tatami room was very comfortable, and having a separate toilet and bath was essential; the bathroom itself was huge. The fridge worked well and the room felt spacious overall. The spot is close to the train station and Dotonbori, which is great for sightseeing, and it’s right next to a convenience store. A tiny bit more space for suitcases would make it even better, but that’s just nitpicking.

The staff were kind and, after checking in, they bought me a cold tea, which was a nice touch on a hot day. The bath and toilet were separate, and the bath was spacious. I was a bit concerned that the bath temperature didn’t rise very high, and it would have been better if there was a TV.

The tub felt like a swimming pool, so I’d stay there again. There were some water hiccups, but the staff fixed everything quickly and even offered to pay for a local onsen visit because we couldn’t soak properly; they also compensated us for the inconvenience. I’d stay there again.

It’s very close to Dotonbori, and they let us store our luggage for free, and the room was very cool. The location is sketchy near Dotonbori, and the staff are rarely present.
