The complimentary breakfast just wasn’t to my taste.

The front‑desk lady who handled our check‑in and check‑out was incredibly friendly, and the night‑shift staff even wished my son a happy birthday; breakfast was excellent and the room was spotless. If we return to Austin, we’ll definitely book the same place again.

Everything looked gorgeous, but the TV in our room didn’t work; the front‑desk staff fixed it promptly and handled the situation with compassion and sweetness.

The hotel's prime location was a major highlight of my stay, making it incredibly convenient to explore the surrounding area. The hotel's proximity to local attractions and amenities was truly a bonus.

I was thoroughly disheartened to discover that the hotel's privacy policy was completely disregarded during my stay. The front desk staff gave out my room number to someone I didn't even know, which was completely unacceptable. This lack of discretion made me feel extremely uncomfortable and compromised my sense of security.
