The mattress was too firm and the blanket was excessively thick, so I didn't enjoy it. The room lacked an air conditioner, which made it hot at times.

The staff were friendly, the place was spotless, the location convenient and the pool with a sauna was great for warming up, plus there were teen sports areas, a basketball hoop, balls and hammocks, and the towels and bathrobes were good. The room itself was tiny – you can’t even fit a pair of shorts without hitting the windowsill with your backside, and turning around in the shower is impossible; I wear size 44, just so you know. There was nowhere to put a blanket, you could easily bump into furniture at night, and the kettle sat on the windowsill because there was no space left. There was no air‑conditioning, so it was sweltering; opening the window let in a swarm of moths and bugs despite the screen, and we barely slept. For over $100 a night per room (we booked two rooms) the bed felt cheap and prickly, the mattress and pillows were as hard as logs. I’m unlikely to return – a disgrace to the greedy owner.

Nothing was good: there was no air‑conditioning, it was stuffy, the rooms were very small, the hotel looked old, and at 70,000 ₸ per night it was far too pricey. All aspects were disappointing.

The location was good, and there was a small private pool and a nearby private beach. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. The room felt damp, there was no air conditioning, and the fridge didn’t cool—it seemed to be warming up. The safe was buggy and wouldn’t accept the code.
