Nelly is very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable and clean. The bed is comfortable, the room has air conditioning and a fan. It has wardrobes, lockers, and a table. The location is great, with market options, restaurants nearby, and the metro. The neighborhood is pleasant and safe.

Nelly and her husband are very loving and helpful hosts. The accommodation is very clean. They speak Italian, Spanish, French, and English and give many interesting recommendations for staying in Rome. No complaints.

The staff were friendly, the location is close to the metro, breakfasts were good, and there was A/C. The bed wasn’t that comfortable, and noise isolation was poor.

Close to the metro and the bus.

I really liked the apartments and the staff’s attitude. It was clean, cleaned daily. There is a kitchen where you can make coffee, tea, there’s a microwave, fridge, sweets. Very cozy and comfortable. The quiet, peaceful area has great places nearby for pasta, pizza, gelato, and a big supermarket. The metro is 10 minutes away and the bus stop is 5 minutes away, with a direct bus that goes to the main sights. The wonderful host recommended excellent places and was always very welcoming and hospitable. Our flight was delayed, we were running late for the check‑in time, but the host responded quickly in chat and met us at the entrance very warmly, like family.
