The room was awful, no heating so we practically had to beg for a few hours of warmth, there were cockroaches, plastic cups, and the worst part was that we told them we’re celiac and had to bring our own breakfast because the offered bread had mold, the rest of the food had cross‑contamination, and they charged us more than what was agreed on the app, citing the app’s poor information as an excuse—horrible experience. We didn’t like anything, had to order extra food because the room had no heating, and if they have spare cockroaches they overcharge.

The location was great, the surroundings were lovely and pleasant, breakfast was simple but highly personalized and very satisfactory, the room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and responsible, but the shower was lacking.
