The spa, fitness center, and breakfast room received attention. Some of the facilities looked a little old.

All the staff, especially the senior management and front‑desk team, went out of their way to give us the best possible service, but the bathroom in the secondary double room was cramped.

Everything was perfect—every staff member was welcoming, and I especially want to thank Mehdi for his help and advice. The rooms were huge, spotless, and we had a fantastic stay; the sunset pool view over the skyscrapers was breathtaking.

The place is itself a gem, and every staff member—especially Miss Raina—was outstanding. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the location is superb.
